A’ LEVEL (PEARSON EDEXCEL)

A’ Level Maths tuition is taught based on the Pearson Edexcel exam board specification. Emphasis is given to strengthening Maths skills through in-depth exploration of concepts taught in school, extensive exam paper practice, establishing excellent study skills and effective exam answering techniques and strategies.

Standard tuition includes:

  • Free initial parent, tutor and student consultation

  • Personalised 1 to 1, and small group tuition (max 3 students) available.

  • Small group tuition to begin in September/October 2025 with two lessons per week.

  • Full one hour sessions  (minimum twice a week)

  • Access to me via WhatsApp and by email throughout the week

  • Tuition is tailored to the Pearson Edexcel specification. Units covered are Algebra 1, 2, Statistics 1 and Mechanics 1.

  • Copy of textbook and workbook to be followed during tuition is provided.

  • Formula sheets, practice tests and exam papers.

  • Face to face tuition is available subject to conditions.

  • Sessions delivered using latest digital education tools

  • Fee is £50 per hour for one to one. £35 an hour for group tuition

KEY STAGE 3 (Year 7, 8 and 9)

In Key Stage 3 tuition specialist focus is given to identifying gaps in knowledge, strengthening core concepts and establishing good study habits in preparation for GCSE/iGCSE in Year 10 and 11.

  • Free trial session (subject to availability),

    diagnostic test & initial parent tutor consultation

  • Personalised 1 to 1 online tuition

  • Full one hour  sessions  (minimum once a week)

  • Access to me via WhatsApp and by email throughout the week

  • Teaching  and learning plan tailored to the relevant mathematics curriculum

  • Regular assessments, quizzes and end of unit tests

  • Weekly homework.

  • Sessions delivered using latest online learning tools. 

  • Fee is £25 per hour

GCSE/iGCSE

GCSE and iGCSE Maths tuition is tailored to the individual students needs, study level and exam board. Emphasis is given to strengthening Maths skills through in-depth exploration of concepts taught in school, extensive exam paper practice, establishing excellent study skills and effective exam answering techniques and strategies.
