I offer tuition services for the following school year groups, Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 & 6), Key Stage 3 (Year 7, 8 & 9) and GCSE/iGCSE. 

In addition tuition is also available for General Adult Numeracy and there is a special SAT Preparation course for Key Stage 2 students. I also run a number of short courses throughout the year on a variety of topics and subject areas.

SAT Key Stage 2 Preparation (Year 5 & 6)

£20 an hour

Upper Key Stage 2 Math tuition is focused on clarifying core concepts, developing problem solving skills and building a love of Math. 

Tuition includes:

  • Free trial session (subject to availability), diagnostic test & initial parent tutor consultation

  • Personalised 1 to 1 online tuition tailored to the UK national curriculum

  • Full one hour  sessions  (minimum once a week)

  • Access to me via WhatsApp and by email throughout the week

  • Regular assessments, quizzes and practice SAT papers.

  • Weekly homework

  • Sessions delivered using latest online learning tools

Key Stage 3 (Year 7, 8 & 9)

£25 an hour

In Key Stage 3 tuition specialist focus is given to identifying gaps in knowledge, strengthening core concepts and establishing good study habits in preparation for GCSE/iGCSE in Year 10 and 11.

GCSE/iGCSE (Year 10 & 11)

£30 an hour

GCSE and iGCSE Math tuition is tailored to the individual students needs, study level and exam board. Emphasis is given to strengthening Math skills through in-depth exploration of concepts taught in school, extensive exam paper practice, establishing excellent study skills and effective exam answering techniques and strategies.

Tuition includes: 

  • Free trial session (subject to availability), diagnostic test & initial parent tutor consultation

  • Personalised 1 to 1 online tuition

  • Full one hour  sessions  (minimum twice a week)

  • Access to me via WhatsApp and by email throughout the week

  • Teaching  and learning plan tailored to the relevant mathematics curriculum and aligned to your child's schools chosen examination board

  • Regular assessments, quizzes and end of unit tests

  • Weekly homework

  • Formula sheets, practice test and exam papers

Home schooling is available to students from Year 5 to Year 11 (GCSE/iGCSE)

Pricing is based on the number of lessons required each week, and personal academic goals and individual learning needs.

Tuition includes:

  • Personalised 1 to 1 tuition aligned to relevent exam boards.

  • Full one hour  sessions and weekly homework

  • Access to me via WhatsApp and by email throughout the week

  • Teaching and Learning plan for the Academic Year and Weekly Progress Log.

  • Individual Parent Teacher Community Group on MS Teams for the upload of daily class work, homework and official channel for student, parent, and teacher chat.
